Founded in 2019, we are a faith-driven, impact-focused initiative under the Catholic Diocese of Ilorin, committed to transforming lives through compassion, service, and sustainable development. We believe in the dignity of every human person and are driven by a mission to restore hope, empower communities, and make love tangible in everyday action.
From our humble beginnings, we have grown into a movement of committed individuals and partners united by purpose—serving the vulnerable, uplifting the poor, and advocating for holistic human development.
Deo Gratias Catholic Institute for the Needy is a faith-based charitable organization working in the Catholic Diocese of Ilorin, Nigeria. We are committed to mediating God’s love and mercy through pastoral care, food support, education, medical aid, and empowerment for the poor and vulnerable in our society.
